COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A real thirst quencher, this crisp, clean and satisfying ale is perfect for the tropical weather in Singapore. The Brewmaster chose imported American hops for a snappy citrusy flavor that is cool, and refreshing. A beer with smooth round body that is enjpyable anytime.

330ml bottle. Scuzzy, sudsy white head with a quick fade. Golden in colour with a sweet aroma that is pleasant enough. Medium bodied with a nice finsih. Not too bad, would be okay sitting in a steamy humid Singapore bar on a sultry afternoon waiting for a storm to cool things down.

Well I wasn’t expecting a lot so wasn’t disappointed. Clear pale yellow body, short head. Citrus notes in the taste and aroma, low carbonation, moderate bitterness mainly on the finish.

Clear pale yellow, white head. Sweet malt, straw & citrus aromas. Easy at first in the mouth with flavours of sweet malt & light hops. Has some character of lemon & honey. Average beer.

Bottle. Clear golden pour with a quickly diminishing white head and a bit of lacing. Aroma is a little sweet, a little hoppy, and has notes of honey, malt and citrus. Flavour is not so sweet but has hints of malt, lemon, lime, grass and caramel. Light body with lots of carbonation and a mildly bitter finish. Not too bad but not particularly memorable either.

Draught at Pump Room, Singapore. Golden with large white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, citrus, melon and hops. Light bodied. Overly sweet in the finish. I found this one a little too ’artificial’.

On tap at brewpub. Easy drinking beer that is welcomed after a long hot day in Singapore. Nice fruity aroma, with hint of apple and pear. Taste of sweet malt with a tiny bit of hops in the finish.
