Meget lettdrikkelig.

On tap at Cardinal.Pours clear dark ruby with a small creamy white head. Aroma of dark fruits and caramel. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. Taste is well balanced with a pleasant co2 level, which suits this one, nothing offensive here, just pure joy.

Bottle from The German Club 150415. The beer poured into the glass with a huge mound of sand coloured foam that seemed to take ages to settle but it eventually did. Colour is a thin black with red highlights. There is a strong aroma of caramel malt with a slight burnt aroma. Thin in the mouth with some burnt flavours, almost caramelised like the good bits from the bottom of the fry pan. The beer is okay but it is not a rockstar beer, more of a backup singer.

Sigmund (5554) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 13, 2015
On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Beautiful dark ruby colour, moderate off-white head. Fairly strong and pleasant aroma, notes of malts, caramel and bakery / Danish pastry, also hints of fruit and English malt vinegar. Malty flavour with caramel and baked goods, but not overly sweet. The bitterness is low, as typical for the style. Pleasant to drink.

Alles in Ordnung soweit.

Trinkbar.
