Brown color, cloudy. Medium, off-white head with quite good lace. Aroma is wheaty and yeasty. More acid than sweetness, caramel notes. Alcohol and cherry pit aroma in the end.

Tasted (frequently...) under the name of Waitrose Bavarian Dark Wheat Beer. Typical soft weissbier palate; dark with an off-white, sudsy head and hint of caramel. Gently hopped and surprisingly refreshing. Weissbier isn’t really my thing, but I do feel like one occasionally hence from time to time a few bottles of this get delivered with the groceries.

bottle from Degenhart Passau. Hazy brown colour, large off-white head. Chocolatey, caramel, slightly fruity. Smooth palate - a really well balanced and well crafted Dunkelweizen.

Bottle at yespr. Cloudy orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramela nd bananas. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and bananas with notes of hops. Sweet and spicy finish.

It’s unclear, light brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel, yeast, wheat and a little fruit. The flavour is sweet with notes of yast, caramel, fruit, wheat, and the finish is dry.

cloudy caramelly brown, large smooth white head. fruity yeasty and spicy aroma, not much bitterness, a little caramel and malts too. flavor is wheay, roasted malty, roasted plastic, yeasty.

Bottled. An unclear dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of over ripe bananas, wheat, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, caramel, and bananas, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

50 cL bottle from Waitrose. Pours hazy brown with a small white head. Aroma is dry malty, light breadish and banana fruity. Sweet caramelish and mild estery fruity. Dry malty and fruity finish.

Bottle @ yespr tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, caramel, wheat malt and hops. Nice and smooth, full bodied, with semi high carbonation.

Medium body, very downplayed flavours, a little caramel and overripe plummy fruit with a little yeast. Has a slight tartness. To the thin side. 230212

(bottle) pours a murky brown colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of canned peaches, herbal hops, slightly roasty, with notes of wheat and yeast. flavour is quite estery and grapey, with hints of grain, herbal hops and caramel. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.
