330ml served from tap at Black Lotus, old town in Rethymno. Orange coloured body with a wheat haze. White head, dotted spots to the glass. Sweet wheaty fruits to the nose, subdued spiced. Banana, citrus and wheat to the taste buds. Quite well bodied and not too sweet. Decent version of the style (13.09.2013).

Very light yellow. Cloudy. Ample white creamy head. Aromas: really bready plus banana, vanilla. Filling. Fluffy mouthfeel. A little watery? Pleasant drink.

500ml brown bottle. Cloudy yellow pour, large and fluffy white head, chunky lacing. Nose has banana and clove. Taste has banana sweetness and a bit of clove. Dryish finish with some yeast and very mild spice. Overall a typical weissbier, enjoyable and quite drinkable, but not distinctive.

Poured from bottle 0,5. A cloudy honey-golden color, minimal white head disappears in 10 secs. Decent yeasty aroma, lots of spices, a touch of citrus and some kind of "plastic" generally. As for taste its fresh and crispy, quite sour due to lively carbonation, some honey, ginger, and, should say, its very very warming like there is about 8+ ABV! This weizen’s finish asks you for one more sip immediately - so its very drinkable.

50cl bottle, bb 10.05.14. Hazy golden, thick white head. Spicy aroma with ripe banana. Flavor similar with banana, yeast and light spicyness. Basic, well made hefeweizen.

50cl Bottle on Santorini. Murky golden colour, white head. Aroma of clove, some ginger, candy, some sweet banana, hint of citrus. Flavour is medium-sweet, wheat, light spicy, cloves, hint of fresh ginger without the peppery heat, yeast, a bit of citrus and tart wheat in the finish. Light-bodied. Nice.

500ml bottle pours a cloudy orange color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is orange peel with some yeast and grains. Taste is a spicy hop and orange zest bitterness with a grainy malt sweetness finishes dry. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation. A pretty decent brew, but there are better hefes out there.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass modest turbid, nice head. Starts mild, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Modest sweet without being too much. Fruity notes of apricots. Nice!
