Idiosynkrasie (3730) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - FEB 10, 2014
330ml bottle. Almost clear, yellowish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, minimally doughy aroma, a tart touch in ’Sauerkraut’ direction. Taste is monotonously grainy, a touch of lemon, relatively lively carbonation. Uninspired, boring, one-dimensional.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht herb, getreidig, minimal würzig.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 07.05.2014. Pours hazy pale yellow in color with a small whitish head. Dry hay, malty notes and light notes of butter as well in aroma. Sweet grassy notes, light bitterness and some notes of cellar butter in taste. I do like this one, slightly earthy, quite bready and tasty brew.

Pours a golden color, aroma of dough, maybe banana. Not much going on in this one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 0,5 poured into glass mug. Very intresting pale hazy golden color, fluffy minimal head with built from huge bubbles going up from the bottom of a mug. Pleasant grainy malt aroma dominates absolutely, than comes honey, a lot of honey (i even hear some bees buzzing around), some earthiness by hops and light DMS hints when temparature goes up. Taste is about honey-sweet predominantly, a bit like a wort and even soapy. Reminds of warm lemonade on the beach but its OK, unlike aftertaste: first its smooth but than intrudes an overwhelming astringency - really unpleasant. Medium body, crisp and refreshing. Nice for summer sessions.

mile (2963) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 9, 2013
Bottle. Light golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light bread and light yeast. Moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light bread with light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - grainy and lightly sweetish, light bread and light grassy hoppyness. Grainy kellerbier with light notes of bread - could use more bitterness. Not too sweet though.
