Aug 14, 2006 Draught at 2006 Craft Lager Festival. Pours straw yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet corn malt (grain, meal), fruit (apple) and yeast (dough). Malt and yeasty apple juice flavor, sweaty, mildly sweet and acidic. Light bodied, creamy palate that quickly turns dry.
