75 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK via Caves Vouille, 45 rue de Vouille, Paris 15e. Slightly hazy dark apricot colour, fruity yeast aroma with some peach and toffee. More fruit on the first sip, nectarine and mandarine. Some honey and basil on the finish.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 meerbier (1224) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - MAR 31, 2011
Bottle@Home. Orange aroma with a hint of toffee and light herbal. Amber, off-white head, good lace. Light sweet, light bitter, herbal, light fruity, light malty, hint of plastic. Quite dry in the mouth. Balanced, not refreshing, bit boring. Still OK.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 DeanF (1602) - Nunavut, CANADA - OCT 16, 2010
Small head, yellow-brown colour, quite bright for an amber. Aroma is a lot of different cereals, some barley. Taste is heavy on those French unwashed malt notes, but they’re rather harsher here, a very bready taste. Dry finish. Just all right.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Huib (55) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - SEP 28, 2010
Bottled 750ml. Nice appearance. Hints of fruit but flavors are quickly gone. Not bad, although not very interesting as well.

Orange beer, well-carbonated under disappearing yellowish head. Very demure nose, with malts, some coloured, point of hops even. Clean, crisp grains & toasty taste, slightly coloured malts again. Well-carbonated, some slickness, pappy feeling. Quite characterless, in fact. Txs to Stef!
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 imdownthepub (8547) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 14, 2009
Bottled 330ml, from Chateau Fort de Sedan, France. Sl clouded orange amber with white head. My bottle also says De Proef Broewerij. Really quite a thin beer with little impact for the ABV, it hints at spicing and a little tangy fruit, but there is not too much going on. A little underwhelming.
3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 eManu (402) - Kuala Lumpur & Brussels, BELGIUM - MAR 3, 2009
Pours a hazy orange color with a nice white head that stay until the end. Aroma is sweet citrus and some candy. Flavors are fruity with a hint of honey, a little sweet a little bitter. Nice pleasant beer.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 fiulijn (12360) - Malmö, DENMARK - FEB 18, 2008
Bottle at Academie de la Bière, Paris Cloudy amber color; big head. The aroma is not impressive, quite thin body, no flavor whatsoever of malt, just dry mouthfeel, and quite strong bitterness at the end. Brewed with poor materials, resulting in a poor beer.
My bottle reports this address: "2 chemin du Vivier-Guyon, 08000 Charleville-Mézières" As Per’s, it also says that the beer is brewed at de Proef (strange, since it’s so bad).
