Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate yeasty, tart - sour yeast - fruit, leather notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, leather, phenol, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20130104]

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty, mildly citrus-fruity and malty aroma with a tinge of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly fruity malty and yeasty taste with phenolic notes of plastic, shy herbal accents in the background; almost dry and moderately bitter finish, again with gassy/plastic notes. 6.I.13

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a dense white head.Fruity nose, a little almonds. Medium body, again quite fruity, estery in a pleasant way and not too yeasty. Has a surprisingly bitter finish. A rather decent Belgian Blonde. 040112

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light yeasty, caramelish and toasted malty. Mild metallic, medium sweet, toasted malty and light fruity. Smooth yeasty and mild fruity finish.

Hazy blong, small disappearing head. Floral nose, light body, fine carbon. Sour honey and dandelion milk on palate. B@H

24/X/2012 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: I/14 (2012-1172)

Clear golden to light orange beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, nice lacing. Aroma: grains, hay, cow fodder, bit sweet, cereals. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sourish, lots of grains, some hay, bit of sweet malts, some citrus. Aftertaste: sweet malts, little sugary, some citric hops, bit metallic, marzipan, bit sugary, dry bitter ending. Has a very big German feel to it. And I don’t think that’s a good thing.

Just yellowish, fine & dense head, stable, fed by lively carbonated yellowish beer with a fine "Grünstich". Spicy-malty nose, dry-smelling, garden herbs - and wheat, perhaps. Dry-herbal flavour, with a fine point of EU-hops. Bitter-ish, lightly spicy. Light bodied wheat(?)slickness, very well-carbonated. Easy drinking, but that’s its nicest point.

pours slightly hazy golden with a decent white head, little retention and lacing. decent maltiness although chewy cardboard, hint of toastiness, some spices, fruity, decently supported by grassy herbal hops. medium body, relatively short but present finish, lightly boozy. meh.

33cl, new exclusive French brew Anno 2012, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, floral/malty and slightly fruity, easy to drink, balanced, cloudy, good head, nice brew
