Pours a hazy amber color with a nice beige head. Aroma of light roasted malts, red fruits like berries and orange, and some spices. Flavors of herbs, some grassy notes, more of a peach taste, some caramels and spices. Good carbonation, sweet and bitter finish, quite refreshing and interesting flavors, very nice.

28/06/2011 75cl bottle @ home - BB: 8/2011 (2011-289) Thanks to Johnny for the bottle! (or not? :p )

Cloudy copper red to amber coloured beer, aery off-white to yellowish head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: toilet air refresher, I’d guess some citrus maybe, ammonia. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: horrible. Don’t even know how to describe. Tart notes, ginger, citrus, maybe some hops in the end. It’s pretty terrible, only took 2 sips. Maybe the bottle has been mishandled.

0,33 l bottle.
Hazy deep golden-reddish beer with a small lacing off white head. Moderated aroma with caramel, some toffee, light fruits with some sourish character. Meaningless flavor without any character. Some caramel and malt, some grassy hop.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml from Chateau Fort de Sedan, France. Orange amber with white head. Full bodied amber beer with a heavy alcohol note, nasal, pear drops with a caramel butterscotch body. Herbs and a hint of spice add depth then a dry alcohol finish. Pretty decent.

Bottle. Musty malt aroma with butterscotch (diacetyl) notes. Hazy orange-brown color with moderate head. Sweet buttery flavor initially that quickly switches to a dry musty barley malt flavor. Very nice.

Bottle@Home. Malty, caramel and herbal aroma. Light hazy, beige fine head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, herbal, laurel, hint of caramel, hint of licorice, medium body. Not complex but certainly interesting.
