Pours a clear gold color with some yeast floating around, and with a nice thick white head. Aroma of malts, flowery, vanilla and spices. Flavors of malts, honey, yeast, citrus fruits and spices. Good carbonation, sweet and bitter dry finish. The alcohol is very present in the end. Not bad.

Bought in a local store in Signy l’Abbaye. Proper triple, especially while finishing the glass, hoppy and spicy aroma’s became present.

Opálos világos narancssárga színe van,amiben kis élesztő darabkák búvárkodnak.Kitöltéskor egy óriási,nagy buborékos fehér hab keletkezik rajta ami közepes idő alatt esik össze csipke függönyt hagyva a pohár oldalfalán.Illata hasonlít az éppen kelésben lévő nyers kelt tésztához ami mellett ott egy pohár citromlé,egy üveg méz és egy nyitott fűszeres doboz.Talán valami különleges sütemény készítéséhez készülünk?Ízében először a jó adag élesztő,koriander,kis ánizs és egy darabka vanília érződik.Aztán jön a komló fenyős gyantája egy adag grapefruittal és egy csipet fahéjjal.Érdekes!Közepesen testes és szénsavas.Utóíze is fűszeres,száraz,élesztős és hosszan tartó.Kellemes tripel,különlegesen /nekem talán egy kicsit túl/ fűszeres és az alkohol is kellemesen melegít.Pláne így 36 fokban. Poured murky opalescent amber-golden with a foamy off white head that diminshes to a small delicious lacing one. Spicey clove and coriander in the aroma with a malt and caramel background. Fruity, citrussy notes in the nose with yeast, topfermentation character. The beer has a dry, tarty and spicey flavor with orange peels, citrusses, green apple and hop on a malt and caramel base, balanced carbonation. Dry aftertaste. Fine, good one.
