Lite kullsyre. Smaken er vassen med innslag av malt. Svakt syrlig ettersmak.

330ml bottle airborne from Arendal, thanks to Espen. Golden-brown body, fast declining white head. Smell om slightly roasted malts. Tart and sweet malty taste profile with notes of banana and dries fruits. Dry ending. Watered mouthfeel and rather anonymous (Tromsø, 31.12.2011).

Very short-lived, off-white head that doesn’t leave a trace of foam on the unusually light brown, clear body. The aroma is fruits plus a bit caramel and some spices. Light sweet taste with a light bitter finish, and some acidic hints. Far less malty sweet than any other Norwegian christmas beers, and far more fruity. A nice break from the very sweet ones, but a bit too simple. Also quite thin and watery with a short finish.
