COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A toasted amber ale. A portion of the grains are toasted in our very own pizza oven before being thrown directly in to the mash. It has a solid malt backbone form the healthy addition of crystal malt and it is finished off with a nice blast of Cascade hops.

Small off white head with fair retention and a slight lace.Clear amber/brown colored brew. Nose of light malts, lil caramel and some leafy notes as well. Lightly medium body, lesser carbonation, lil oily, grainy on the palate. dry malts, caramels, lightly nutty and grainy, bready. Fairly dry finish, decent Amber. Draft at the source.
