Tap. Pours clear brown with a medium, frothy light tan head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is Belgian earthy yeast, candi sugar, dates, biscuit and cookie malt with spicy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with Belgian yeast and fruity esters, light hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
