2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 bitbucket (2082) - Kirkland, USA - MAY 31, 2009
500, capped. Thanks, After4ever! Lots of interesting sputz swirling around at the bottom of the bottle. This bottle appears to have some significant age on it. Pours hazy light amber with a white ring of foam. Slightly catty, rusted nose. I’ve never smelled rust in a beer before. Metallic caramel taste with a rusty finish.

Tap somewhere in Tbilisi. Pours yellow with medium white head. Aroma is yeast, malts and some tiny hints of hops. Taste is malty and metallic. Not good
2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 trapped (161) - TURKEY - NOV 3, 2011
Tasted at Batumi, Georgia in September 2011. Rich yellow color, white foamy head, moldy flavor, medium carbonation, hoppy long finish. Mediocre.
1.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 scrizzz (2218) - Bothell, Washington, USA - JUN 17, 2009
Bottle and Liquid Sunshine VI. Thanks Tom! Bottle is dated 12-04-2003 probably past it’s prime. Little oxidized nose, little sour twinge. Metallic body, I’m too scared to drink more. There’s creepy sludge in the bottle.

500, capped. Thanks, Hopscotch! Pours a hazy burnished medium amber. Thin white fizz floating around on top. Metallic, tinny, rusty nose. Fizzy, watery body. Tangy, yeasty, tinny notes. Longish metallic finish. Well past its best-by date. But fun to see what the locals get in other places around the world.

Ah, come on. From the master makers of vine and one of the oldest: Rep of Georgia. There is more to this beer than the ratings. It’s the heart and soul of this wonderful country. And named after ARGO. Remember Jason and the Argonauts. You have to love it. This is all I drink in Rep of Georgia. Even better than Kabecki.

In one word, blah. Crappy, light colored Coors Light clone. More enjoyment out of a glass of warm water.

Another former Soviet Industrial lager - why do I keep torturing myself? Not as good as the "Extra" - wonder what extra ingredient they put in there besides the extra alcohol? A little bit of a foamy thin white head. Initially skunky but mellows out to a light yeasty aroma. Lifeless light orange appearance - no bubble action at all. Flavor - very flat, nothing really going on in there, Very dry mouthfeel. Overall
- not a bad tasting beer in the manner that would make you want to dump it out - just very bland and metallic.
