(Bottle) Pours a hazy golden body with a spare white head. Aroma of grain, caramel, florals, and a hint of citrus. Flavor of grass and herbs. Watery mouthfeel, but finished dry and somewhat chaulky.

badgerben (4253) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - SEP 5, 2004
Golden color with a light head and medium carbonation. Aroma of... skunk piss. Damn it. Skunked out bottle again. There are some hints at decency, like slighly hoppy, but they were covered up by the disaster of the skunk.

not bad for a pale lager. Ppoured a slightly cloudy golden color had a some nice honey notes on the nose, taste was sweet with a hoppy bite.

This is a standard eastern European pilsner ... starchy and malty, but an OK option.

Plain lager nothing special. Flavor is slightly bitter, grassy and little malty. Finishes dry, clean and crisp.

Decent body, not watered down. Thin white head dissipates to almost nothing. Very low carbonation. SLight skunkiness in the smell. Taste is corn and slightly malty, with a dry and metallic finish. Overall not bad especially for $1.65, but not that good either.

BBB63 (5411) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - JUL 5, 2003
Shared bottle with Argo0 in DC. Hazy golden hue with a small and fully diminishing head. Medium-bodied. Floral and grainy aroma with a light hint of smoke and grapes, I detected a soapy aroma, but Argo said he didn't. Malty taste with grassy undertones. Dry and soft mouthfeel, chalky finish. Not much here.

Slightly hazy golden body with a quickly dissipating small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange. Taste is mild sweet, fruity (pear, orange), slight grassy/herbal hoppy. Not much finish. Medium/full body.
