Pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is of apple, light bandaid, citrus. Taste is of apple, light leather, tart, very dry. Nice carbonation.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a spare quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of vanilla, wood, apple, earth, and grass. Flavor of wood, apple, vanilla, and light butter.

Bottle thanks to bullzeye. Cloudy, very light yellow color, thin white head. The smell is green apple, tart, weird acidic aroma, butter, and oak. The taste is light, not as much fruit as the smell, and oaky.

Pours a very light blonde. Light body and olive fruitiness with some oaky spice. Buttery mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a pale straw yellow with light carbonation. Nose is intensely perfumed -- apple, vanilla, spice, and a touch of what I can only call mustard. (In a good way.) Dry, round, and buttery; layers of richness lead into a fruit-tinged finish. I want this with pork roast smeared with Dijon mustard.
