3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 wlajwl (1785) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - MAR 6, 2012
Aroma is mild malts/bread and a hint of hops. The flavor is a mix of bready malts and a decent hoppiness. There was something slightly off about this, otherwise it was decent.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Cornfield (5277) - Oak Forest, Illinois, USA - JUN 20, 2011
An aggressive pour from a 12-ounce bottle into my Shoreline Brewery shaker produced only a modest pale beige head (soon a film) over a clear orange body. The aroma was sweet, grainy with some floral scents. The flavor had the addition of a light metallic earthiness. It left a bit of an oly feeling on my tongue. Drinkable, mayhaps, but I see no reason to repeat it.

12oz bottle 4/26/11 (Binny’s Downers Grove)-42° in Lager Glass-Pours a clear orangish golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, and sweetness. Taste of malt, caramel, toffee, and vanilla. This medium bodied brew is not bad and is pretty well balanced.
3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Narnad (1147) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - FEB 5, 2011
Found this bottled at a local Binny’s liquor store. Pours a clear orange-golden color with a very low, filmy white head. Aroma has a very sweet floral note to it, mild grainy and grassy notes later in the nose. Flavor has a very light toffee sweetness, light toasted middle, some light vanilla notes and finishes with a flowery sweetness. Modest body and slightly sugary and oily feeling. Overall a pretty pleasant brew and one I might buy in the future as it has a lot of flavor for a 5.4% alcohol brew.
2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 troyc (2014) - Oklahoma, USA - NOV 16, 2010
[Tap @ Quigley’s Irish Pub] Pours a deep golden color with a small amount of white head. Aroma of grains, musty malts and gym socks. The taste is somewhat like a bitter, with biscuit and grassy hops. Grainy notes throughout. Weird off flavors abound in here. Lightly sour, with some barnyard character. The description of this beer is that of a ’premium lager’, but there is a lacking lager quality. I personally was not a fan of this.
