Great summery hop cereal balance on the nose. Metallic and sulphurous not wholly pleasing on the tongue. No hop dryness there really. Vaguely unsettling.

(Cask handpump at The Wellington, Birmingham). Perfectly clear, still, amber in appearance, with a short head. A very strong fruity, peachy scent. Bitter with a very dry end. Some sweetness. Rather lacking in taste: some biscuit and earthiness in there. Simple and slightly sour, which detracts from the taste after a few mouthfulls.
