Golden with a small white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, grain and grass. Clean and dry fruity and grassy flavour. Simple, but very drinkable

Cask, one-third pint, Great British Beer Festival ’11. Bubbles to the edge of the glassware. Deep, copper-gold body. Floral and citric hops to the nose. The taste character contains bready malts and fresh fruits like peaches. Refreshing, dry bittersweet ending (London, 04.08.2011) (rating no. 4400).

Draught at The Saracens Head, Highworth - 14/5/11. Honey, citrus and straw in the nose. Grass and honey in the taste. Good beer for a session.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.
Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, cake, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask conditioned at The Rickety Press, Oxford. Gold with white head, perfectly served by the very pretty landlady. Pongy, eggy nose leading to a reasonably full, malty flavour. Bitter and quite dry, nothing outstanding but drinkable.

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with a bubbly off white head. Floral and fruity nose. Some grain. Grainy and mild peachy flavor. Medium to thin palate.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, sulphur, mild eggy notes as well as some floral notes. Flavour is fruity, floral and grassy hops along with some bready malts and slight toasted notes. Quite sulphury finish as well.

Cask hand pull at GBBF. Bright and clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of subtle white pepper. Taste is subtle lemon and white pepper.
