Tasted 20/4/2013 draught "Ye Old Red Lion", Chieveley, Berkshire. Poured a clear golden amber with a thin white bubble head that laced OK. Aroma slightly of malt with a hint of caramel.Tasted subtly of sweet caramel malt with a slight hops bitterness. Light body. A smooth, soft, light ale with a very slight bitter finish. OK.

Cask at Ye Olde Red Lion, Chieveley. Golden amber with a loose white head; crisp floral aroma; biscuity malt taste; with some decent hops to finish. Very summery and refreshing, even on a wet day in December.

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough BF (at the bar - may have been part of the BF range?) - 12/10/12.
Clear pale golden with a good sized frothy white head.
Nose comprised malt, barley, orchard fruits and a little peppery.
Tastes of dry orchard fruits, light hops, pale malt, toffee a little cardboard and spice.
Medium bodied with little in the way of carbonation lending towards a dry finish.

Cask @ GBBF 2011. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Cask, one-third pint, Great British Beer Festival ’11. Bubbles to the edge of the glassware. Deep, copper-gold body. Floral and citric hops to the nose. The taste character contains bready malts and fresh fruits like peaches. Refreshing, dry bittersweet ending (London, 04.08.2011) (rating no. 4400).
