Can to glass. Hazy orange with a cream colored ring. Nose is yeast, light spice, hint of florals, earth, and sweet. Smooth palate, refreshing, earthy yeast, honey?, spice, and light wheat.

Poured a cloudy yellowish orange color from the can with aromas of light hay, some earth, some citrus, and a touch of esters. Flavors match the aromas, earthy with some hay and a touch of funk with some light citrus on the back end, a great beer for the heat.

Can at home. Pours a golden amber with two fingers of white head that persists somewhat. Aroma is yeasty, ready, slight metallic. Some pepper and some spiciness. Flavor is slightly malty and slightly sweet. Grassy and some wet hay. Lighter bodied and a slight lingering bitterness on the finish. Nice beer, and especially nice that itís in a can.

Draft at Mellow Mushroom. Hazy, deep golden with white head. Fruity and spicy aroma. Citrusy finish. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear golden brew with decent head. Clear??? Found the haze stuck to the outer edges of the bottom of the can. Could this be reason number 1000 why beer doesnít belong in a CAN! All that aside, this turned out to be a pretty good brew even though I am drinking it on a freezing cold evening. Yes it is finally winter in Texas. Lots of coriander and some bitterness that I am assuming are from the grapefruit. Slight grain but there again some of the grain flavors that are normally with wheat brews may be stuck in the CAN. Itís good and I will hopefully be going to Fort Worth this summer to get more.

12 oz can. Pours a thick, well retained, white head, over a hazy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is cereal malts, light citrus, light coriander, herbal hops.....taste is cereal malts, coriander, light grapefruit peel, dry throughout, finishing with a moderate hop bitterness, and light pepper.....mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, moderate acid, lively carbonation. This is a light, simple Saison, with minimal complexity in aroma and flavor. This recipe needs work, and perhaps a change of yeast. It is not a bad beer, just not a good Saison. BJCP 6/2/10/4/5

Poured from a 12OZ can, Dark golden color and a medium white head that dissipates quickly. I smell citrus, wheat and yeast. I taste all the same with a little pepper and that barn kind of taste. Itís decent...

Good aroma and color. Foam was nice. Flavor is crisp and light. Could drink more than a few of these and not feel overwhelmed by it.

Hazy gold a thin head that quickly dissolves. Fair amount of carbonation. Aroma of yeast and banana with some light spice. Tangy first drink with lemon. Finishes thin and bland with a lingering bitterness.
