Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, pale golden, bigger fluffy white head, quite slowly diminishing; sweet grainy nose with a tinge of toasted malt in the background, rounded by a moderate hop-bitterness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; shorter fruity-hoppy finish. Good............

Deep blond color, clean. The carbonation is less than many bottled Lagers, so the body is a bit rounder, with some malt flavor, but the aroma (dirty water) is poor. Ordinary bitterness.

Süffig hopfig-herber Antrunk, der das Bier komplett im griff behält. Dabei wirkt die Herbe vielschichtig, sie tendiert sowohl in die bittere als auch in grasig-erdige Richtungen und lässt so auch den Hopfen nebensächlich wirken. Dabei ist das Bier ausbalanciert und bietet trotz seiner Süffigkeit markante Noten, so dass das Bier nie laff wirkt. Zum Abgang hin wird die pure Herbe stärker und legt einen Teil seiner Süffigkeit ab. Kerniges Finish mit abgestimmter Bitterkeit. 10/11/11/11/8/11/11

Draught at the brewpub. It’s warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, grain and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, grain and the slightly dry finish has some straw notes.

Swing top bottle. A lightly hazy medium blonde beer with a large. frothy, mostly diminishing white head. Some malts in the aroma, some grains, bread and lightly hoppy. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, lively carbonation, average finish with almost medium bitterness. Not mindblowing or complex, but easy drinking, clean and sufficiently pleasant.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized loose foamy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty, grainy aroma with shy hoppy notes. Light-sweet flavour with yeasty and slightly hoppy bitter notes, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly yeasty and grainy malt-accented taste with traces of cardboard and shy herbal accents; moderately bitter and yeasty finish with herbal hoppy notes. Okay (04.07.08).
