3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden brown with a small-sized beige head. Nice dark caramel nose. Hint of nuts, tinned fruits and leafy hops. Chalky texture. Light to medium full. Soft caramelly malt flavor, with toasted and nutty tones. A mild tart berry-like fruitiness underneath. Mildly hopped. Sourish, light astringent malt finish. A bit strange, but drinks very good. 3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark red beer with a fruity, malty aroma. Flavour is malt and a bitter caramel flavour with a light, fruity edge. Finish is almost smokey with the caramel. Could do with a bit more body but it’s pleasant enough.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep chesnut brown. Aroma: roasted malts, milk chocolate, butterscotch, toast. Taste: more roasted malts, butterscotch, raisins. Nice beer - shame about the disappointingly thin body and slightly odd sharp/sour finish.
