Bottle. Amber color with creamy tan head. Aroma is bourbon, caramel spruce, resinous, spicy. Taste is caramel, spicy, more resinous flavours, bitter finish, surprisingly dry. Medium carbonation. Much more intense than the regular Arrogant Bastard can next to it. Good.

@Erzbierschof - pours a clear dark ruby-amber beer with no head retention; fairly woody, light earthy, notes of chewy red fruits marmalade and tea; assertive and very tasty, a bit astringent and very bitter; solid carbonation, light residual sweetness, grainy, lot of red fruits and more solid woody tones in the finish; some vanilla and alcohol presence

Rating #1812 - 2015.07.03 - 4 oz sample from @HorizonKyle. Pours a copper amber, and exudes hoppiness right from the get go, powerful bourbon vanilla notes, grainy, fruity hops on the nose. Medium heavy carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Extremely balanced, pleasant sweetness, smooth bitterness, crisp clean finish. Beauty!
