Commercial Description:
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

bomber from grape and gourmet poured into a snifter. pours a beautiful cherry wood color with hints of red and short, off white head and great lacing. aroma is huge, fresh hops, hints of orange, grapefruit, pine, and earth with a solid toasted malt aroma as well. flavor is big hops of course with hints of citrus but the roasted and somewhat sweet malt balance is wonderful. slight flavors of cinnamon, biscuit, pistachio also some through. mouthfeel is very smooth, medium bodied, and leaves a long lasting bitter aftertaste with a touch of alcohol. one of my all time favorites that too me way to long to give a proper rating to.

Bomber from Willow Bend Liquors in Lutz, FL. Pours a deep amber brown with an off-white head. Laces the heck out of the glass. Flavor is lots of malt with caramel, hop wallop, and fizzy red grapefruit. Finish ius malt, hops, and lingering grapefruit. Nice, but not my favorite.

the first thing i thought about this beer was how much the malt and hop aromas and flavors stood out individually, in very big ways. also the hopping is wonderful! drink this beer

Pretty damn good. you have the hops that Stone is known for, but some nice maltiness, and a great hop finish. I love this beer!

A keeper! There are some flavors of pine and it is quite hoppy. A deep amber red color, not too much aroma, but flavor does this beer justice. Very smooth flavor but leaves a nice bite which continues shortly after the swig. Minimal aftertaste, with slight metallic twist near the end. Will try again.

22 ounce bottle split in pint glass. Clear reddish amber with lasting head and lotsa lace. Fresh hop and toasty brown sugar cake aroma. Brown Sugar toasted maltiness with mild cherry fruitiness and bracing assertive lingering hop finish. Medium-full body and medium carbo. Very nice and satisfying.

This was the best beer out of the six I tried during my recent New Hampshire ice storm xmas trip second week of December 2008. Very powerful. Hoppy and citrus characteristics. Full bodied and full of character.
