COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

A nice toasted malt flavor yields quickly to an aggressive hop finish. Very njoyable for those who are hop heads. This beer is definatly Arrogant!

this stuff is awesome. yeah, everybody on earth has had one by now, but that shouldn’t hurt its rep. its malty, grassy-citrus-pineneedly-hoptastic astringent flavor goes well with the sticky assed mouth feel and the way it laces the glass like the aliens covered that compound on Aliens

Finally this brewery has come to my area and I was able to try this awesome beer. This has a caramel flavor with some hints of coffee along with a nice citrisy taking hop flavor. Definitely recommed if you want a in your face beer.

22oz bottle. Pours a card amber/coke color. Yellowish frothy head. Malty slightly sweet, moist hay aroma. Taste is malty. Very pleasing mouthfeel and density. Clean finish.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Nice dark appearance with brown head. Aroma of citrus, pine, hops and notes of caramel. Taste was mostly bitter with some very light sweetness. Not my favorite, but not bad.

It has a good Full body flavor. The malt gives a caramel taste with the hop aftertaste which is delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beast has a lot to it. You get licorice, sweet alcohol and hops in the nose. Very pleasant indeed. Then along with the obvious hefty malt and pungent hops you’d except there’s a flavour I can only describe as marmite followed by a bitterness that almost hurts. Very interesting and well worth trying even if it isn’t exactly to my taste.

For me: Yes! Found another great reddish ale to add to the collection. 7.2% ...nice color, perfect hoppiness

Deep red amber in the glass. Cream-colored head. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Tasted like burnt caramel. Light on the palate. Decent.
