Commercial Description:
This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

Lots of hops here amidst a miriad of caramel, citrus, and florals. I just loved the flow of maltiness into the finish, rich with hopiness. A little hint of smokiness in the finish as well. Great beer.

It was harsh at first taste, but then it proceeded to become one if not the best ales i have ever had. The solidist of tastes, balls to the wall. The picture says it all, this is one bad ass beer and it can back it up.

Rich aroma, almost like a barleywine. Deep red in color with a small, tan head. Great lace. A bevy of flavor. An orgasm of the mouth! Some pine and molasses notes are evident. Roasted malt. A pleasure to drink. As the label says, I was not worthy the first time I drank this (frankly didn't like it). Now that my palate has grown up, there are few beers I would rather drink if given the choice.

A temporary faux-Cascade floral nose, ebbing to pine, and then robust vine blending with candy sugar and when warm - some musk. The body is all all the rich dark color and hardy fine head suggest. It’s medium-full, creamy and hoppy to the bejeezus. It finishes very clean and soft for such a hoppy beer. The 7.2% is clearly obvious as it warms. This beer gets great scores despite my personal preference for less straight up and more Cascadian brews. Well done!

Bottle, from Utobeer, 29th July 09. Finally got round to rating this great beer, as I tend to enjoy it too much to bother writing a rate! Rich deep russet colour, slightly hazy, small beige head. Full bodied and ever so flavoursome - lots of strong hops along with a robust caramel malt backbone.

Great label and even better description mocking the macros. Body was deep amber and radiated with aroma of spices and flowers. Taste was floral as well and quite enjoyable. Finish was great and dry.

22 oz bottle pours out a nice dark amber topped off with a tan head. There are a nice mix of Hops and a little citrus. A Very nice beer.
