Cask; Seasonal - Spring / Summer.
A light summery ale, perfect for drinking in the sun. We also do Happy Fruit, with the addition of raspberries to the cask.

Light unclear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, hops, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity, overriped ???? Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours foggy gold with a small film. Bit of wet straw on the nose. Light sweet flavor, hay, straw, some dough. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild dry finish, more straw, hay, wet, some sugar. Condition could be better, but not bad.

Cask at Bishops Stortford Beer Festival 2010. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, sulpur, and an odd spice. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, sulpur, and spices, leading to a dry finish. Not me.

Cask @ Wenlock Arms, Hoxton, London N1. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. FRuity malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints in the aftertaste.
