Cask at The Raven, Bath, Sat 25th January 2014 I nipped in on my own as they wouldn’t let dogs in here. Pours straw colour with good clarity, slim white head. Nice bitterness, fairly simple but decent pale ale, good bitter bite. A6 A5 T7 P3 Ov13 3.4

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry. Mild lime. mildly astringent pine. Grassy hop and whisper of earth and skunk. Finishes dry and quite grassy bitter. Mild lime bitter linger. Good if a tad dry.

Clear pale golden with a thin bubbly white head that retains well.
Nose carries citrus, hops, grass, orange, light grapefruit.
Taste comprises pine, hops, grapefruit, citrus.
Medium bodied with soft carbonation, some bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Pale hazy gold with a thin foam. Aromas are base biscuit with hints of caramel. Kiwi and white grape with melon. Hints of strawberry with grapefruit and mint. Flavours are biscuit malts with white grape juice and clean bitter grapefruit. Grassy with a dry, woody finish and a peppery palate. Nice
