Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
A proper I.P.A. this golden ale weighs in at an impressive 6.4%, and is so stuffed with hops, it will make your tongue tingle. This beer is dangerously drinkable. We also make a spanked version which has root ginger and chilli added to the cask which is just stupid.

Cask (gravity)- The Bree Louise, Euston, London. Poured a hazy deep amber with no head. Raw, muted citric hops, earth & toffee on the nose. Again, some raw hop, a bit of heat and a lingering non-descript bitterness. Didn’t feel at all rounded and individual characters were almost indiscernible. Medium body, soft and a bit warm on the palate.

Cask at Bishops Stortford Beer Festival 2010. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask, gravity, at the Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Amber. Odd hint of aniseed or something similar in the aroma and taste, together with traces of sulphur and cardboard. Sharp bitterness follows. Theis somehow doesn’t convince me.

Pigs Ear. Clear and somewhat dark gold beer. Semi dry palate. Sweet light toffee malt. Well balanced with some piney bitter hops. Really well joined up. Lovely sweet and bitter vibe going on. Semi dry finish. Could drink loads of this.
