Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
A proper I.P.A. this golden ale weighs in at an impressive 6.4%, and is so stuffed with hops, it will make your tongue tingle. This beer is dangerously drinkable. We also make a spanked version which has root ginger and chilli added to the cask which is just stupid.

Cask Stillage from the Festival Bar at the Bhurtpore Inn, Aston 30/06/2009 Fruity pine hop aroma. Golden coloured fruity floral strong in alcohol and hoppy with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

Cask conditioned at The Bell, Bath. Gold with white head. Malty beer with heavy dry grapefruit notes, definitely hoppy, agree with resinous, sharp throughout, really quite pleasant.

Cask (handpump) at the Wenlock Arms, Islington, 31 July 2009. Certainly aiming at an American IPA style and succeeds rather well. Amber colour. Plenty of pithy lemon on the nose. Grapefruit is stronger on the palate. Pine, resinous notes throughout. Not without malt backing either. Good balance. Good beer all round.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at the Bree Louise.
Bright clean gold with a Bree Louise head (as in none what-so-ever). This is pretty decent stuff. Pretty much half way between an English cask IPA and an Amercan bottled IPA towards the lighter end of the scale. Good sweetish caramalt base and some really tasty sharp tangerine hoppage. Very fruity all round really. Rather astringent phenolic notes let it down a little but overall, really good. Not even close to enough bittering hop for me though. Add that and i’d be all over this.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a thin foam. Aromas are pineapple, caramel and biscuit with woody pine. Spiced oranges with woody pine and bitter grapefruit. Flavours are sweet tinned pineapple juice with dry woody notes. Stewed pear with bitter pine and grapefruit. Decent with a spicy palate.

Cask at the Pig’s Ear BF 2010. Ruby-gold pour with a light film. Rich malts, toast and dark, citrus hops in the aroma. Medium to big sweetness, with some strawberry and citrus, nice malt tones, earthy bitters. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Good citrus and light earth hops in the finish, along with some very faint roasty, bready malts. Overall a solid beer.

Bottle from Darts Farm. Hazy orange-golden colour, creamy off-white head. Aroma and flavour of Victoria plums on a malty base with shy citrusy hints. Very good and moreish!

Cask, gravity at the White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks 08-08-09 on leg seven of the Thames Tipple Pours light amber with a white bubbly surface coating masquerading as a head. Some malt on nose touch of sweet fragrance also. The taste is like bitter honey, really tangy, the bitterness really bites. This is quite a zappy IPA, good hoppy stuff, very enjoyable but I slightly preferred the Acorn Woodstock, LOz on the other hand loved this and had a pint and a half. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask, half pint at The Angel. Crystal clear amber in body appearance. Low creamy white head. Aroma of citrus and ginger. Mix of citrus and ginger in flavour followed by the chili part. Cool cleanser, strange IPA (Manchester, 05.07.2012).
