As Monkey IPA, but tinkered with. The addition of chilli and ginger as if your taste buds could handle it anyway. This is stupid, stupid, stupid.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is peach yeast and lots of hops. The flavour is medium bitter with a big chilli spice pepper hop light toothpaste palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A really unusual and interesting beer. Might be a little too spicy for some but it hits the mark for me.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, little fruity hops, spices, ginger and little chilli. Flavor is malt, strong ginger, little hops, light chilli, little earthy. Medium body, soft carbonation. The spices is pretty well balanced, but still to much ginger for me. 181013
