3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
My Bottom Line:
Three-dimensional straw and peppery, coniferous hop resins lead to a momentous bitterness in this otherwise lean IPA.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam laces admirably well atop the clear pale golden.
-Drinkability is quite high despite the intensity of the flavour profile.
-A touch of sulphur works with the rest of the malt and hop bills.
-This is a nice showcase for this poorly known hop.
On cask at Dean Swift.
