CanCrusher (511) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - SEP 3, 2013
Bottle 0,50L. Clear dark yellow colour with small, frothy, white head. Aroma of wet wood, nutts, almond and caramel. Light bitter taste at the start with the strong almond note turns into moderate bitter aftertaste. Poor carbonation makes this beer flat. Light to medium body, watery texture... Very average.

50 cl bottle, 1.45€. Pale gold beer, slightly hazed. Big white head, bubbly, lasting. Some faint hops on the nose. Taste is yeasty with lots of grassy notes and a oregano-like spice and some honey, with cardboardish grains. Taste sweet with some bitterness. Oily to watery texture, average carbonation, short herbal finish. Strange combination, dusty and unclean but original in its context. Good starting point for ArteBirraia, hope to taste more mature products as well.

Bottle. [thanks Christian]
Pours hazy, very pale yellow with a tiny, creamy, white head. It fizzes away rather fast. Aroma has unmalted barley, brewing cereal, oatmeal, sweetness, doughy. Highish carbonation, kinda thin and watery. Flavour is just like drinking mash. Sweet, sugary, lots of corn and barley. Really not very good.

Bottle. A medium yellow beer with a very light haziness. The head is not very big, though enough lasting. The aroma is lightly malty, lightly hoppy with some herbal hints. Quite weak, though not too bad. The flavour is sweet with grainy notes and a light herbal presence at the end. Light body, lively carbonation, short finish with light to medium bitterness. Too watery and thin, but not disgusting as some Italian macro lagers.
