Birra ammostata con Marroni di Rasai [Brewed with Chestnuts from Rasai]
Hazy golden color. Good malt aroma, and maybe the chestnuts, interesting. The mouthfeel is not very strong, with light malt. Correct bitterness. Not bad, but the flavor needs more work.

Kratzig-gemüseartiger Antrunk mit leichter Herbe, der Hintergrund ist wässrig gehalten. Weiterhin eher mild, das Bier wird getreidig-würzig, bleibt aber bei seiner Gemüsenote. Wenig aromatisch, hellmalzig, deutlich gerstig. Milder Agang, nicht wirklich besonders. Naja... 7/8/6/6/11/6

A fruity blonde ale that smells a bit too much of cooked vegetables and not quite enough of chestnuts (contains 20 % of those). Hazy (had only 24 hours to settle) lemon yellow with little head. Medium body, low bitterness. Bottle 75 cl, BB 04 2011.
