The Mead of Inspiration is reputed to give poets their ability to understand the secrets of the world. Ours is brewed with pure Vermont honey and aged in American bourbon barrels. Sip and wax poetically.

How do you rate appearance on a mead? Well it looks like a mead so its a 4/5. Aroma is light vanilla and flowers. Taste is bone dry and a bit boring. The oak is there I dont get a bit of the 13% alcohol which is interesting but its a bit bland.

Sample at the farmers harvest market in Montpelier, good barrel characterisitics, aged in Allagash Crieux barrels. Nice job bro.
