COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Very Banana! Chill it down and drink it in the sun. No bananas added by-the-way. Just the authentic trace style specifics. A fine creamy head, and on the lower side of carbonation to excenuate the fruit sweetness. A great all rounder and miles away from other UK brewed wheat styles. Enjoy.

(draught) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of grass, heavy clove, caramel and strawberries, subtly spiced, more like a witbier. flavour is mostly the same, with a pleasant and refreshing tartness in the finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy gold in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, grain, and a touch of banana and clove. Flavour was more of the same, without overdoing the spice and bananas, and a dryish finish. Good.
