Bottled. Yellow to pale golden, light hazy body, fizzy carbonation. Head is white, irregular buble size, mostly lasting. Tart aroma, yeasty, flowery (hops), citrussy (grapefruit?), weak malty (biscuit). Taste is yeasty, medium hoppy taste, balanced, quite dry. Light body, a bit empty mouthfeel.

Bottled@The Chriso "Rock The Roof Down" pre-gbbf shindig. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma and flavour are both quite much hand in hand alcohol, mild glueish fruits along with some spicy yeast and quite sweet, but balancing malts.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Hazy gold, lasting beige head. Pukey aroma. It’s ok but a bit pukey upfront, but with good yeast character.

Malt and hop aromas. Golden coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Hoppy and strong in alcohol with a slightly fruity malt finish.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, vintage malty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, oxidide, old malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small head. Aroma is phenolic and mild spiced. yeasty flavoured. Spiced and slight phenolic into a dry finish.

Aroma di malto con note di lievitoe di spezie. Gusto speziato, dolce, con una luppolatura bene equilibrata e un amaro che tende a salire di tono. Retrogusto amaro.
