unclemattie (1715), Georgia, USA May 14, 2008 ln a place where all of the tap handles are Macros, you just know that this beer has to suck ass. Served in a 2Ooz glass. Pours a clear, amber color. Egg-shell colored, creamy head. Aroma has a light caramel, toffee notes. The flavor is quite impressive. Rich deep caramel malt character. Surprisingly flavorfull. Calming hop bitterness creates the perfect balance to this refreshing brew. Sticky sweetness and hop flavors linger on the palate. Why can’t the other A-B beers be so rewarding. Damn, I really enjoyed this beer. Cheers.

lagermonkey (597), Marietta, Georgia, USA Jul 26, 2006 On tap at the Kennesaw, GA Bahama Breeze.
Pours a bright copperish red with a thin but persistent tan head. Nice lacing all the way down the 20oz glass. Smell is a light fruity malt and not much else.
Taste is a decent maltiness, fruity and crisp. Some light caramel notes. Even a tinge of bitter hops in the finish especially as it warms. A slight tinny quality to the finish. Mouth is light to medium bodied, somewhere in the middle. Way overcarbonated, unpleasantly so, but this smooths out as it warms a bit too. Actually improves as it warms, not common for an AB product. Not too bad at all. A nice red lager.
garza (88), Caracas, Venezuela Jan 8, 2008 Updated: Sep 14, 2008Good beer this one. Resembles a red irish beer. Good taste and body, still refreshing. They served ice cold (bahama Breeze), perfect. chrisc1979 (5), USA does not count Apr 8, 2003 Sampled at Bahama Breeze near Orlando.
