2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 daknole (5852) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUL 22, 2008
Ok so I had no idea that this was a AB product...but even without knowing it I haven’t really thought much of it the few times I have had it at Bahama Breeze in Sunrise, FL. Amber color pour with a malty and boring aroma. The flavor is even more boring thant he aroma. Kind of sweet wtih malt tones and very little hops. Skip it please!

Drat at Bahama Breeze.
pours amber, lasting white head.
Don’t be fooled by the extravagant made up story of some explorer trying to find the finest of ingredients to bring back the taste of the islands.
This is just another Bud product from their specialty dept, which makes you wonder what the non specialty dept produces..
Grainy, one dimensional, caramel malts. Drinkable and a lot better than bud’s piss products.

Had this at Bahama Breeze in Wayne. Nice dark amber but only a thin head and no lacing. Not much aroma. Its got a little bit more weight to it than a light beer, but would stilll be a nice beer on a hot day.

Yay! Bahama Breeze! I wish this beer was as good as the Jerk Wings! Red and some biscuity smells. Light flavor with some caramel and toffee like stuff going on. Dry finish.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Hefeinfektion (13) - Texas, USA - APR 2, 2004
In the words of Lars Ulrich from the NAPSTER BAD! CARTOON SERIES, "ARUBA, BAAAAAAD!" It has the Killian redness that is distictive to that brew, but boy, it fails every other category. It doesn't exit well and it leaves a stingy aftertaste. What do you expect when 32 oz. is sold for $2.00? Even more, what does Bahama Breeze know about beer?

Bahama Breeze - Orlando, FL
Very week, very watery red/amber with little head. It wasreminiscent of sam adams, killians, or amber boch. Another boring amber Macro-beer providing false hope to the thirsty.

This is not the best house brew, it's true. One can tell the ingredients are not of the highest quality from the taste. It has a stubborn almost cardboard-like taste ingrained in it with which one can only after much numbing alcohol ignore. It is all right - and better than most light beers at Bahama Breeze if not all, but I find it lamentable that Bahama Breeze will probably never have Killian's - a better brew - on tap just because of Aruba Red, the Bahama Breeze beer of questionable quality and dubious origins (e.g. see the 'Legend of Aruba Red' at your local Bahama Breeze).

Tap. Amber red with no head. The first warning sign should have been that it was less than three bucks for a big honkin’ glass. Didn’t get much in the way of aroma or flavor, but some malt, corn, and metallic bitterness. One of Bud’s other beers with red food coloring? Could be... Thin body felt like nothing. I’m pretty surprised it has rated this high.
