Commercial Description:
Cask; Occasional.
The latest in the "Willie" series, following Williams career as he tries his hand at plumbing. An amber coloured autumn ale. Brewed to be delicate in flavour and aroma, yet deceptively satisfying.

Golden brown. Low level of foam. Some moderate aromatic shades of malt in aroma and flavour. The taste has also got a component of sweet caramel and small amounts of hop bitterness at the end. Very average (Served chilled at the Trafford Arms in Norwich 24.09.2006).

Cask conditioned @ Golden Bowler, Stubbington. Medium dark bitter. Fruity (peach and mango) against biscuity malt and caramel. Similar interplay of flavours to Summer Daze although more restrained with added yeastiness.
