The bottled version is known as ASB and has a separate listing.
Note: Appears to have been replaced in the beer range by Arundel Sussex Pale Ale which may, or may not, be a straight renaming.

A special bitter with a complex roast malt flavour leading to a fruity, hoppy, bitter-sweet finish.

Cask at GBBF 2010. An amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits where a light note of caramel mixes in. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a lightly hoppy and bitter finish.

Cask conditioned handpump St James Tavern Brighton. A brown beer with a white head and lacing. A fruity biscuity beer in the mouth which is very palateable. Berry fruits in the nose. A very easy drinking well balanced beer.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light roasted, moderate hoppy, light orange - citrus, light licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100804]

Cask-conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 18/02/10. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. A balanced, malty bitter, with some sweet bready malts, fruit and a decent bitter finish. Ok.

Caramel aroma. Dark amber with medium head. Flavour is apple, caramel, apricot and toffee. Medium body. Finishes citrusy floral. Not bad.
