Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A traditionally brewed, dark and creamy mild. Its low gravity and low hop rate give a slightly sweeter character.

Cask at Hop Farm Beer Festival: Quite thin in the mouth and also quite light in colour for a mild. Still very nice though. Sweet and creamy with a little chocolate.

(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London, 8 Aug 2008) Brown colour with ruby hints, frothy beige head. Roasted nose with notes of freshly ground coffee, chocolate and dried fruit. Roasted taste with dark fruit, coffee and prunes. Moderate bitterness. Rather thin body, but a tasty mild.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival.
A fiarly light shade of brown for a mild with a thin white head. Good chocolate malty notes, bitter and roasty with slight notes of caramel. A little dull but nice enough.

Gravity fed half pint at the London Drinker Beer Festival, dark brown, ruby tinted, with a large bubbly tan head. A strong roasted malt aroma. A light and smooth palate with a touch of sweetness and a gravelly finish. Found the flavour a little on the bland side though.
