An amber-coloured strong beer with a citrus, fruity aroma. The taste is clean and refreshing with a hoppy, fruity flavour and a pleasant dry bitter finish.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Copper with white head. Malty, breadcrust type beer, some roastiness with a little berry fruitiness. Caramel with toffee sweetness, the hops never introduce themselves though. Ok.

Copper-bronze. Has a floral-herbal (sage, mint) aroma. Has a toasty character, a bit crackerlike, and the alcohol shows through a bit in the finish.

Cask at Pilgrims Progress (JDW), Bedford, in ’Spoons Beer Festival ’11, At least it was advertised as such, but now I see its not the Arundel beer listed. Amber with a small white head. Really no aroma to speak of. If you twisted my arm. I would hazard that it’s malty. Taste is sweet, oily and indistinct. The sharp bitter finish was unexpected.

7 Beautifully fruity aroma, rich sweet berries and soft fruits.
4- Rich orange, small head.
7+ Full fruity taste, rich bready malts. Very good balance.
4 Smooth palate, pleasant carbonation. Finish very bready.
14 Started out brilliant, but the wow disappeared after a while. Looks like others kept it though.
