5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This was the beer that changed my mind about pilsners. While very limited, they only make it once a year or so, it is worth making into the taste room. And then never touching a cheap domestic again.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear light golden with a medium foamy head. Nose is peppery hoppy with stylistic pilsner malts. Flavor is the same, with a more assertive than normal peppery/leafy Saaz hop profile with a clean light blonde malt tone. A bit sweet and leafy but surprisingly unique from the standard pilsner formula.
