COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pilsner is crisp and clean. Brewed in the true German style, this beer has a little more hops than the traditional pilsner. The hop flavors linger long into the after-taste of the beer. This is a truly refreshing beer. 5.2% alcohol by volume.

This was the beer that changed my mind about pilsners. While very limited, they only make it once a year or so, it is worth making into the taste room. And then never touching a cheap domestic again.

Clear light golden with a medium foamy head. Nose is peppery hoppy with stylistic pilsner malts. Flavor is the same, with a more assertive than normal peppery/leafy Saaz hop profile with a clean light blonde malt tone. A bit sweet and leafy but surprisingly unique from the standard pilsner formula.

On tap at Arvada Beer poured a clear gold with a lasdting creamy white head. Aromas of bread dough, earthiness and spicy hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, earthiness and spicy hops with a crisp dry finish.

(sampled at 8th annual Foamfest at the CO state fair 8/27/11). Clear gold color. Small white head. Moderate pils malt aroma and flavor, with light floral/grass hop character. Short duration. Light dry finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.
