3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on tap at Denver Bicycle Café, dark brownish black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of dark chocolate, toffee, roast, hints of coffee, touch of Belgian yeast with a hint of fruity notes but pretty hidden. Taste is a mix of dark chocolate, cocoa powder, roast, nice coffee, earth, slight yeast, hints of fruity and sweet esters, finishing sweet, bitter, dry. Pretty decent.
