Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Dark brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is leather, dark malts, some smoked notes. Flavour is smoke, leather, malts and some dark fruits. A very pleasant and wellbalanced beer, maybe slightly watery, but still nice.

Bottle 33 cl from Manor in Fribourg (CH). Mahogany brown with fine and creamy foam. Scents of roasted malt, toffy and fruity. The taste is dominated by the sweetness, brown sugar, roast, smoke and chocolate. Some nuances of nut also before a short and fruity final but drier.

Appearance: Very dark brown. Good amount of nice, creamy head. Aroma: Dark malt, slight prunes. Roasted, coffee. Nice. Taste: Dark malt, coffee. Roasted. Still easy-drinking. Info: 330ml bottle, 18/9-2010

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a deep ruby brown beer with a light beige head which has a good retention. The aroma is mainly of malt, ship rope, raisin, leather and apple. Sweet malt accentuated taste with hints of raisin, brown sugar, molasses, apple and dark chocolate showing up. Low carbonation. Some lacework. Medium bodied. Very drinkable. Subdued bitterness. Nice malty chocolatey finish. A pretty pleasant Dunkel. Thanks a lot Bov!

Dark brown color and small tan head. Wheaty banana flavor with toasted malts and hints of smoke. Dry and wheaty, smokey, fruity notes. Quite interesting brew.

Deep reddish colour with a small beige head. Malty, light roasted aroma with a smoky note. Malty, smoky flavor with a light fruity note.

Bottle. Clear red brown coloured with an off white head. Aroma of malts with roasted and smokey notes. Flavour of malts with roasted notes.

A hazy amber beer with a bubbly brown head. The weird, both acidic and very fruity - and at the same time both fresh over stale, with slight hints of smoke and leather. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel combined with lighter notes of sirup, rope, and smoke
