More of these than I can count. IN fact anything Asahi made up till early 2003 I have had. This is mediocre, it is not as good as Ichiban, Asahi does better but not out side this style. If you read the comments you will realise it is all over the place. They do not announce this but they will change a recipe and not the can just to see the reaction - brand is more important than content. This is a session beer. I know. I counted the cans in the nearby trash receptacles next to the park down by Shimbashi station. People drink it because it is low alcohol.

330 ml, butelka. W aromacie słodowe. W smaku lekkie jakby trochę z ryżem. Nic specjalnego.

This is a solid cheapo lager in more or less the American style. It’s got a solid malt character to it and is a bit on the sweet side but still quite light bodied and drinkable. My biggest complain is it pours w/ almost no head. Otherwise, it is inoffensive and not entirely flavorless so 100% fine by me.

12oz bottle at Tampopo pours a amber orange with a thin white head. Caramel and yeast aroma. Cidery and malt flavor, yep an Asian pale, hey it goes well with Asian food.

Had a bottle at Ninja Hibachi in Menomonee Falls. Not bad for a low-end import.........

350 ml can at Hashimoto Station heading to Koyasan. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, skunk, corn, wheat. Tastes of wheat, corn, malt, light caramel, light skunk. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Une lager pâle tout à fait standard avec une note finale un peu sèche, sans mauvaise arrière bouche. Bue uniquement en bouteille.

"better than the super dry, and better than Sapporo head to head. perhaps a nice enough corn type lager...good with asian food, nothing more. fruity and a touch dry in the finish."

Clear golden coloured body with a touch of a pale white head, not much though. Aroma of grass, light malt, rice and a hint of alcohol. Very light-bodied; Sweet rice flavour with hints of mangoes and apples at first that give way to a very smooth and elegant malt note with no bitterness or funk at all. Aftertaste shows some subdued sweetness and a few hints of malt, but aside from that, a very smooth finish. Overall, a surprisingly nice and very easy drinking pale lager - nice with this heat of Asia! I sampled this 50 cL can purchased from 7-11 at Ngong Ping Village in Lantau, Hong Kong on 03-July-2014 for HK$11,00 sampled in my hotel room here in Wan Chai, Hong Kong on 04-July-2014.
