A slightly souped up version of the Super Dry. The Big 4 lagers are not bad and much better than Australian/US versions. Clean, Crisp, refreshing.

Bottle @Zao Wang Antwerp. Pours clear golden with a white head. Good carbonation. Aroma is fruit and malt. Taste also little fruity, malt, dry finish. Little watery.

Can from Hashimoto station (thanks Brew). Not a lot going on in the nose, but a little deeper and richer than your standard Super Dry (of which I'm not much of a fan). Wet cardboard, touch of skunk, malt a little more prominent. By no means premium, but a sniff above the macro lagers.

My buddy’s Tony’s gift to me, thanks! I like the gold can. Typical crystal clear lager pour with a thin off-white head. Medium bodied with a zesty carbonation. The taste is fruity, grapes, corn, sugary sweet but not so cloying, and a little biscuity with a light hop bitterness in the clean finish. Decent but kind of boring.

Malt aroma, grain, a bit skunky. Sweet malt flavor, mild fruity hops, pear, dry sweet finish. Clearly much better than the classic super dry, drinkable lager basically.

Improvement over Regular Dry, a bit richer, stronger maltiness. Isnt "dry" anymore though, so thats weird. Is 6% but has that noticeable alcohol off flavor you get with overproof malt liquors.

barnyard, leaves, rotten eggs, orange, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, flat. Smells a bit to much like garbage for my tastes. Appealing orange color with a short, thick head. Somewhat sweet taste but not a whole lot of depth. Markedly less complex than the regular Asahi Super Dry in my opinion. A good or bad thing I suppose depending on where you stand.
