Very pale color. Some aroma of honey dew and band-aid. Smooth, but with some band-aid feeling overall, some phenol and not much fruits.
Velvety.

Botella. Clear colour. Rice fruity alco aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour has fruity rice and alcohol, some sweetness. The alcohol is quite noticeable. Not as smooth as I would suspect from a Honjozo. Definitely not a fresh botella, unfortunately. But fresh sake is also uncommon in Denmark.
